Frank Lloyd Wright In Houston: A Viewing
On a hidden, tree-lined street in a Memorial village sits a house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. It was built in 1954 and is the only building by Wright in Houston. Built for William Thaxton, an insurance executive, the house originally contained Wright-designed furniture. Building costs were $128,000, and Wright received $25,000. Stephen Fox will be our guide.
