“Philip’s Complaints-Four Novels by Philip Roth begins Monday, March 4. Over the next 4 Mondays, Terry Doody will lead a discussion of Roth’s classic novels Portnoy’s Complaints, The Ghost Writer, American Pastoral, and Sabbath’s Theater. Join us for an intimate look into Roth’s growth as a man and as a writer, and why he is so important to American literature.
