Mr. Ho is director of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) Voting Rights Project. He supervises the ACLU’s voting rights litigation and advocacy work nationwide, typically managing active cases in over a dozen states. He has also testified on election law issues before Congress and various state legislatures, is an adjunct professor of law at New York University’s School of Law, and is a frequent media commentator on voting rights issues and redistricting. He is a graduate of Princeton University and the Yale Law School.
