Jill Carroll is a recognized expert on issues of religious tolerance, philosophy of religion, American religion, and religion in public life. She worked for many years as a lecturer and adjunct associate professor at Rice University and at several campuses of the University of Houston, was executive director for the Boniuk Center for Religious Tolerance, and has provided religious diversity and global skills training for corporations, nonprofits and other groups. Ms. Carroll received her Ph.D. in philosophy of religion from Rice University, and is the author of numerous books and articles.
