Michael Guidry, curator of public art, came to UH in 2005 after serving more than nine years as the assistant registrar and curator of traveling exhibitions for the New Orleans Museum of Art. He received his B.A. from the University of New Orleans in 1992 and his M.F.A. from University of Houston in 1996. As curator, Mr. Guidry oversees the collection, maintenance and care of artworks, and the commissioning of new artworks at all UH System universities.
