Michelle White is the senior curator of the Menil Collection’s modern and contemporary art collection. Her most recent exhibition was “Tacita Dean: Blind Folly,” and she has organized past exhibitions of the works of Allora & Calzadilla, Vija Celmins, Mona Hatoum, Leslie Hewitt, Roni Horn, Barnett Newman, and Richard Serra, among others. White holds a B.A. from the University of California, San Diego and an M.A. from Tufts University. Prior to joining the Menil Collection in 2006, White held positions at the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego, Fogg Museum of Art at Harvard and at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston. (Fall 2025)
