The worlds of finance and banking are changing rapidly. Terms like De-Fi, cryptocurrency, blockchain, Ethereum and Bitcoin are dominating our news feeds.
This three-part lecture series begins with a talk by Manolo Sanchez as he explores the language of digital assets, their impact on financial services, the main types of crypto assets (Bitcoin, Ethereum, tokens, stablecoins, and privacy coins) and how they are issued and held. In the second part of the series, Jeff Davis will dive into the world of non-fungible tokens, exploring what they are, how they are made, and how they are rocking the art world with prices in the hundreds of millions. Finally, the third talk by Manolo Sanchez will complete his discussion of digital assets.
