Next fall the Seminar will explore the rich history and vibrant food and music scene of New Orleans. Historians Charles Chamberlain and Stephen Fox have teamed up to guide us through the Creole culture – its architecture, music, cuisine and literary influences. We will meet the chefs and musicians of today to learn about their current interpretations. New Orleans is an old story that always renews. Please join us!
