Persian Feast

Join us as we explore the delicious flavors of Persian cuisine and its rich and illustrious history that spans thousands of years. Café Caspian in west Houston will prepare traditional dishes of rice and various meats and vegetables flavored with fruits, nuts, limes, saffron, and cardamom.

The lunch will be accompanied by Iranian tea and will end with a traditional dessert. Over lunch we will learn about the history of Persian cuisine, and how it influenced and was influenced by other regions throughout the centuries.
